Winter at St. Vincent’s

One rainy Saturday, while Isabel was in her ballet class, I was following Jae around at St. Vincent’s. I have some sort fascination with arch. . . And, Jae happened to stand in the middle of the hallway facing the arch - a perfect photo opportunity! It took me a while to figure out what to do with this photo. In the end, all it took was a little crop.

Feeding Birds: Lunch Time at San Rafael Civic Center Lagoon

feeding-birds-s Feeding Birds: Lunch Time at San Rafael Civic Center Lagoon

If you have ever been to San Rafael Civic Center Lagoon, you will not forget how many birds make residence at the lagoon. It’s a paradise for lazy birds as stream of people bring bread to feed them throughout the day.

I caught those two people feeding mostly seagulls one day during lunchtime. I, too, am guilty of taking my kids to feed them in the past. Usually summer offers more variety of geese and ducks.

Marina, San Francisco

marina-walk-s Marina, San Francisco

I rarely go to Marina in the city now days. However, with our kids out of school and running out things to do, I dropped my wife and kids off at the Exploratorium for a couple of hours.

Though the weather has been gloomy, I parked my car at Marina and walked around for a photo opportunity. Luckily, I saw this lady out for a walk and was able to get this shot off.
