Just as the sun was setting over San Francisco and the fog was about to swallow the city, I was at Berkeley Marina with a big telephoto lens looking at this sight through the viewfinder. Let’s not forget how cold it can get here in the bay area when the fog rides that constant wind from the might Pacific. By the time I took half dozen shots, my fingers got so numb, I had to pack and leave the marina.

everything seems to follow one another - the foreground, the buildings, the background and the clouds.
